Tofo Scuba

Tofo Scuba is a PADI 5 Star Gold Palm resort and we run courses from “Discover Scuba Diving (DSD)” up to Divemaster. Our dive centre employs 3 qualified and experienced DOT skippers, PADI instructors and also a rotation of Divemaster trainees who are on hand to assist divers. 

We have three 8.4 meter RIBs. These are powered by twin 100Hp 4 stroke commercial engines and are fitted out with all the necessary safety equipment as specified by South African Department of transport (DoT).  This includes radios, GPS, footstraps and medical Oxygen. We have life jackets and life rings on board all of our boats. 

Tofo Scuba has one of the most advanced filling stations in Mozambique. We have 3 Bauer 250 Litres per minute air compressors  as well as a standalone 750 litre per minuite Nuvair Nitrox compressor and membrane which can fill to a maximum of 40% O2. 

Tofo Scuba has 40 full sets of Scuba Pro equipment which is for student and divers use. All our equipment is meticulously maintained and cared for. We have over 90 cylinders of which we have  12L  Aluminium tanks and  15L Steel. 
We have the only heated training pool in Tofo, hot showers and lockers for your convenience.

We are an extremely professional, friendly, customer orientated shop and we are proud of our high safety standards. Our staff are all well versed in assisting divers and our team are knowledgeable, positive and energetic. We continually strive to improve the quality of our service and are firm believers in continued education. 

We have the best safety record in Tofo, we always err on the side of caution and we will decide if we launch not other dive centres!
